Yvonne Layfield's KaKo Natural Skincare

Yvonne Layfield is a spa and beauty therapist with diplomas in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology from The British Association of Beauty Therapy & Cosmetology (BABTAC ). Keenly observant of client needs, Yvonne states "people want not just a product, but an experience".

So, on December 1, 2015, Yvonned launched KaKo Skincare Products, in order to enhance professional retail products that would offer greater health benefits in consideration of product experiences. KaKo is a completely organic skin, body and haircare line that engages the five senses in order to enhance body engagement.

As a woman and a mother, I became more conscious about what I placed in and on my body while watching my curious 5-year old daughter play dress-up in mommy’s clothes, smearing her face with every single facial product she could get her little hands on. That’s when I knew that KaKo had to be all-natural with no artificial dyes or fragrances – just wholesome products for healthy, glowing skin and hair.

The name Kako embraces the French Creole heritage of Saint Lucia (Kako is the Creole word for brown). Just as the country of St. Lucia is known for its people’s warm and beautiful spirit, the aim for Kako is to teach, nourish, care for and love each customer. Yvonne states that her customers makes a "conscious effort to become more aware of the products used on their bodies and I want to support and encourage them in that endeavor".

Kako allows each customer to delight in the local ingredients such as ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, rosemary, grapefruit, milt, coconut and cocoa – all in their natural state with no added preservatives.

Yvonne is proud and humbled to have the opportunity to make a positive different in each life, as she is always available for guidance, and support though sales via WhatsApp (758 . 714.8639), Instagram (@kakoorganic ), or Facebook (@kakoorganic ).
